Events
What meaningful actions happened, and what context accompanied them?
Customer insights platform
Vectr4 helps SaaS teams derive customer insights from behavior inside their product. It connects named events with funnels, sessions, identity, and user journeys so teams can inspect what customers do—not guess from page traffic alone.
01
Customer insight can include interviews, surveys, CRM history, support conversations, market research, and product behavior. Vectr4 focuses on the last category: actions captured while people use a digital product.
That boundary keeps the analysis concrete. A named event can show that a workflow was completed, a funnel can show where an expected sequence stopped, and a session or journey can show the surrounding path.
02
03
Use event analytics for individual product signals and user behavior analytics for sequences. Neither view proves why a customer acted; it tells the team where to investigate.
What meaningful actions happened, and what context accompanied them?
Which expected step stopped users from reaching the next outcome?
What happened around an action during the same visit?
Which routes and actions formed a longer product path?
04
This example can reveal whether a new workspace reached an initial analytics outcome. The surrounding session may expose repeated navigation or a missing step. It does not replace a customer interview about motivation or confusion.
Use the evidence to narrow follow-up: inspect the workflow, reproduce friction, and ask affected users a specific question rather than treating correlation as an explanation.

05
Vectr4 is customer insights software only in the specific sense of insights derived from product behavior and event data. Teams that need a unified profile across many business systems should use tools built for that broader job.
06
Vectr4 is deployed with Docker Compose on infrastructure the customer operates. That model gives the operator control over deployment and data location while also making the operator responsible for access, backups, updates, retention, security, and lawful collection.
Compare the operating model on self-hosted product analytics, then inspect the narrower product intelligence workflow.
Product proof
The hosted demo shows real Vectr4 product views for event activity, funnels, sessions, and user paths. Preview values are illustrative and are not presented as customer benchmarks.
