These terms govern the purchase, delivery, deployment, and use of Vectr4 V1, an early-stage self-hosted analytics platform.

Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading, deploying, or using Vectr4, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

Early-stage software disclaimer

Vectr4 V1 is early-stage software. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, breaking changes, limited documentation, and rough edges. The product is offered to early adopters and testers who understand this stage of development.

Product delivery

After payment, customers receive deployment files and instructions by email or download. Delivery includes customized Docker Compose files, environment values, allowed domain settings, initial setup notes, and access to the Vectr4 source-code archive for review.

Updates, support, and perpetual fallback license

The €79 license includes 12 months of product updates and customer support from purchase. After that period, the version installed during covered access continues to work under a perpetual fallback license, but no further updates or customer support are included unless you renew.

Self-hosted deployment responsibility

Vectr4 is self-hosted software. You are responsible for your hosting provider, server configuration, DNS, backups, monitoring, updates, secrets, access controls, and security hardening.

No uptime guarantees

Vectr4 does not provide hosted uptime guarantees for customer-managed deployments. Availability, performance, and reliability depend on your own infrastructure and operational practices.

License limitations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vectr4. Source-code access is provided only so you can inspect and review the software. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or distribute the source code, modified source code, or derivative distributions; nor may you make Vectr4 available as a competing product or service. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment and renewal terms

Vectr4 is offered as a €79 one-time perpetual fallback license unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. The initial license includes 12 months of updates and customer support. Renewal is optional and costs €49 for each additional 12-month updates-and-support period. Deployment files, source-code access, and instructions are delivered after successful payment confirmation.

Refunds

Vectr4 V1 is sold as a low-cost digital product. After purchase, you receive access to generate or download a customized self-hosted deployment package, including Docker Compose files, environment templates, and setup instructions.

Because the product is delivered digitally and access is provided immediately after payment, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the deployment package has been generated, downloaded, accessed, or used.

You may request a refund if:

you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
you paid but did not receive access to the deployment package;
a technical issue on our side prevents delivery of the purchased files and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

Refund requests must be sent to bepitic@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and should include the purchase email, payment reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

Refunds are processed through Stripe when approved. Stripe fees, processing times, and bank/card delays may affect when the money appears in your account.

Vectr4 does not provide refunds for:

lack of Docker, VPS, DNS, Linux, or server administration knowledge;
incompatibility with a hosting provider or custom server setup;
changes of mind after accessing the deployment package;
failure to read the product description before purchase;
expected features that were not listed as included in V1 at the time of purchase.

Existing purchases

If you purchased Vectr4 V1 before a future price change, your purchase remains valid for the V1 digital deployment package that was available under the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Future versions, upgrades, hosted services, support plans, source-code access, or additional commercial licenses may be priced separately unless they are explicitly included in your purchase confirmation or product description.

Vectr4 may change pricing, packaging, and included features for future customers, but those changes do not automatically remove access to the V1 package you already purchased.

User responsibility for hosting/security

You are responsible for using Vectr4 lawfully, protecting your deployment, disclosing analytics practices to your visitors where required, and complying with data protection, privacy, and security obligations that apply to your use case.

Intellectual property

Vectr4, its software, branding, copy, and related materials remain the intellectual property of bepitic.com or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own websites, deployment data, and customer-hosted analytics data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectr4 and bepitic.com are not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime, security incidents, misconfiguration, business interruption, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, deployment, or use of the software.
